Full traceability

From the field to the customer’s hands.

Every operation, every detail, every path — for export and for the home market alike.

The field and the plot What is planted, exactly where, and for which season.
Field work Fertilising, spraying, irrigation: which product, what dose, which day, by which worker — and the pre-harvest interval worked out for you.
Harvest What leaves the field, from which plot, by which crew — every crate labelled in the field, by QR or barcode, even with no signal.
Intake At the packhouse door: weight, lot, origin, time of arrival. A carton does not exist in the system until it has been scanned.
Grading and sizing What goes out as size 16, 18, 20 — and what is lost in grading, counted.
Packing Carton type, count, net weight. Every carton keeps the origin of what is inside it.
Quality control Defects recorded, lot passed or held, and by whom. A non-conformity stops the lot before it reaches the pallet.
Palletising Which cartons on which pallet, with its label. A pallet reads back in a single scan.
The cold store In, out, temperature and time spent, for every pallet.
Loading Which pallets in which truck, scanned at the dock — no pallet forgotten, none counted twice.
Dispatch The lot, the truck, the date, the destination — for export or for the home market.
The customer The same chain, to its last link: what they receive traces back to the plot.

And the other way round

A customer calls you with a carton number. This is what you see — try it.
